For our patients that do not have health insurance coverage we offer a wide variety of testing at a discounted price, this can be done without a doctors order.

Testing can be purchased by Debit/Credit Card, Cash, or Check at the time of service.

Please note that this information is a brief summary of the lab testing we provide. This information should not be considered comprehensive or as a replacement for consultation with a qualified physician.

Individual tests

Please note there will be a $10 draw fee included at the time of service.

  • ACTH: Adrenale function test $50
  • Antinuclear Antibody: Associated with autoimmune tests $20
  • ABO Rh: Test used to determine blood type. $24
  • B-Type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP): This is a screening test for congestive heart failure. Any result greater than 100 should be discussed with a physician. $70
  • BUN: This test measures the amount of nitrogen in the blood in the form of urea, and is also a measurement of renal function. $12
  • CA-125: This test is primarily used to monitor the treatment of ovarian cancer. $25
  • Carbon Dioxide (ECO2): Used as a preliminary screen for many abnormalities of acid-base balance however additional studies are needed for some diseases. $15
  • CBC: This is a count of red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), platelets (PLT), and hemoglobin (HGB). Abnormal values should be discussed with a physician. $8
  • Cholesterol: This test will measure the level of triglycerides and cholesterol levels in the blood. $12
  • Colon Cancer Screening (Occult Blood Card): The purpose of this test is to detect blood in fecal matter. $19
  • CPK: Measures the amount of Creatnine phosphokinase in the blood for muscle injury diagnosis. $20
  • Creatinine: Measures kidney function $12
  • CRP: Used to detect inflammation in the body $25
  • DHEA-Sulfate: Tests general adrenal function $26
  • Digoxin: Monitors the level of concentration of digoxin in the blood $35
  • Direct LDL: Used to calculate the risk of heart disease $25
  • ESR-Sed rate: Used to detect general inflammation $12
  • Estradiol: Detects Estradiol levels $25
  • Ferritin: Detects Ferritin levels $20
  • Folate: Measures the level of Folic Acid $15
  • FSH: Detects levels of FSH being produced by the pituitary gland $40
  • GGT: Used to detect or diagnose disease in the liver, gallbladder, and bile ducts $15
  • Genital Probe: Swab collection from genital area to test for Chlamydia/Gonorrhoeae $40
  • Glucose: Measures blood glucose levels $9
  • Group B Strep: Vaginal/Rectal swab ordered during prenatal care to decect Group B strep to prevent newborn infection $15
  • HCG, Quant/Qual: Detects amount of the HCG hormone associated with pregnancy $25/ $20
  • HDL: Detects levels of high density lipoproteins or "good cholesterol" $20
  • Hematocrit: Measures red blood cell concentration $10
  • Hemoglobin: Measures severity of anemia or polycythemia $10
  • Hepatitis B Surface Antigen: Used to detect the initial presence of infection of Hepatitis B $20
  • Hepatitis B Antibody: Screening for presence of Hepatitis B infection $15
  • Hepatitis C Antibody: Screening for presence of Hepatitis C infection $18
  • HgA1C: Test used to detect amount of glucose concentration within the 90 day life span of the red blood cell $30
  • HIV: Test used to detect the presence of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus $20
  • Homocysteine (Cardio): Used to determine risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and dementia $30
  • H. Pylori: Tests for bacteria that causes ulcers and stomach inflammation $30
  • Infectious Mono: Screen used to detect the Mononucleosis virus $30
  • Influenza: Nasal swab tested for the influenza virus $30
  • Insulin: Detects levels of insulin $23
  • Ionized Calcium: Level of readily available free floating calcium in the blood stream $30
  • Iron, total: Measures blood iron concentration $21
  • LH: Used in the diagnosis of infertility or reproductive development $45
  • Lithium: Detects lithium level concentration $30
  • Magnesium: Detects magnesium levels to diagnose proper muscle and nerver function $15
  • Methylmalonic Acid: Used to diagnose a Vitamin B12 deficiency $50
  • Mumps titer: Detecting immunity to the Mumps virus $15
  • Phenytoin (Dilantin): Detects concentration of the medication Phenytoin $25
  • Phosphorus: Detects levels of phosphorus to monitor kidney and gastrointestinal disorders $12
  • Potassium: Detects potassium levels for proper nerve and muscle communication $12
  • Progesterone: Used to detect high risk pregnancy or infertility in women by monitory ovulation $20
  • Prograf/Tacrolimus: Monitors Tacroliums concentration in blood in transplant patients $30
  • Protime/INR: Evaluates the ability of blood clotting $20
  • Pregnancy, Qual. Serum: Positive or Negative result from serum for pregnancy $20
  • Pregnancy, Qual. Urine: Positive or Negative result from urine for pregnancy $15
  • PSA: Detects prostate cancer indicators or abnormalities $25
  • PTH: Test for abnormalities of the parathyroid glands such as abnormal calcium or hyperparathyroidism $35
  • PTT: Detects the amount of time it takes for blood to clot $25
  • RF, Qual: Used to diagnose Rheumatoid Arthritis $22
  • Rubella: Determines immunity to the Rubella Virus $15
  • Rubeola Igg (Measles titer): Determines immunity to the measles virus $28
  • Strep screen: Throat swab used to detect positive or negative results for Strep throat $15
  • Testosterone, total: Detects level of testosterone $45
  • T3, Free: Used to assess thyroid function $15
  • T4, Free: Used to asses thyroid function $15
  • TIBC: Evaluates iron deficiency or iron overload $40
  • Thyroglobulin: Primarily used as a tumor marker $40
  • Thyroglobulin Antibody: Helps to diagnose thyroid autoimmune diseases $25
  • Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody: Test to diagnose or determine the cause of Thyroid disease $35
  • Triglycerides: Monitors the risk of heart disease $15
  • TSH: Monitors thyroid function $15
  • Tuberculosis: Skin injection that is monitored for 48-72 hours with a positive or negative result $24
  • Uric Acid: Used in the diagnosis or kidney stones or stone development in patients with gout $11
  • Urine Dip: Anaylisis of random urine to determine infection or abnormalities $10
  • Valproic Acid: Monitors the amount of valproic acid concentration in the blood $25
  • Varicella (chicken pox titer): Determines immunity to the varicella zoster virus $20
  • Vitamin B12: Determines vitamin B12 concentration $20
  • Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy: Determines Vitamin D concentration and is usually associated with bone abnormalities $36
  • Zinc (Plasma): Monitors zinc levels to diagnose possible nutritional abnormalities $60
